In continuation to our discussion, Please find attached the JD and the Transport Boundary Limits for the HGS International Process Hyderabad Requirement.

•  Excellent Communication Skills

Who can talk fairly good English which implies that there should be no grammatical errors, no pronunciation errors, MTI. There should be a fluency in the language (no broken sentences). Candidates often make mistakes in terms of singular-plurals, tenses, pronunciations and tenses.



•  Willing to work in the Night Shifts (4PM – 1AM, 6PM – 3AM, 6:30PM – 3:30AM, 7:30PM – 4:30PM, 8:30PM – 5:30AM)

Candidates must be ok to work in any one of these shifts as the shift is assigned based on the requirement in the project.



•  Have all the original educational documents and previous organization relieving letters if any. In case they do not have the original educational documents , please ensure that they get a custodian from their college. Also, Please ensure they have a PAN card and Aadhaar Card.


•  Also, attached in the email is the HGS Transport boundary list. Request you to kindly check if the candidate’s residence falls within the transport boundaries of HGS.



•  Please groom the candidates with respect to the aptitude tests that they will take if they clear the HR Round and also in terms of the Operations Round. Kindly let them know that this is a US Healthcare process and is an International Voice process. Sometimes, the candidates do not even know what process they are attending the Interview for.



•  Also, do inform the candidates about the benefits and salary that is offered
Salary: 2.36 LPA (14K take home after all deductions- The deductions are PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, LTA, Income Tax/Professional Tax, Annual Performance Incentive which is 10% of the CTC)
Cab Facility: Point Pick-Up and Home Drop
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Work Location: DLF Gachibowli
