    Greetings!!!

    Enclosed please find the complete data of  VITS students of all branches passing out in  the year 2017 in a Excel sheet format.
    
    1. Students are advised to check their complete details like their Name, Roll no, contact no. mail id, percentages, EAMCET ranks, DOB etc. for it correctness.

    2. In case any student finds error/blank column in the data reflected , he/she has to revert it by sending mail to mail id:vitscampus@gmail.com.                             Title/Subject: Correction required.

    3. Do not amend/ correct your data in the enclosed Excel sheet, instead send the corrections in the body of the mail. The corrections will be done by me in                 Excel sheet against your name. See that all the details are sent. 

    4. Ensure to give your details like Roll no, Name and Branch while sending correction mail for easy identification.. 

    5 .This is being done to remove clerical error and at the same time to build an authenticated data.  

    6. This data is required to be updated for placement activities in future.

    7. The deadline for sending corrections/updation is 8th June'2016.

    8. The corrected students data will be sent again for re-check.


 Note: Columns against lateral entry(Diploma) students is blank  due to non availability of their data. They should ensure  to send their  complete details.
