Greetings from the MyPower.in Team!
We are an IIM Alumni initiative with a focus on helping students build their careers. MyPower.in, in association with the Guru Nanak Group of Institutions, is now organizing a Mega Career Fair on the 25th and 26th of March, 2017 for students of the 2016 and 2017 batch. It is a completely FREE event and open for Engineering and MBA students. There are more than 30 companies participating in this Career Fair.
A decrease in hiring from most of the companies is making it very difficult for students and fresh graduates to find a job. Companies are also finding it very difficult to source the right candidates and the costs of recruitment have increased drastically. We are conducting this Fair so that the students and the Companies benefit. Students get a chance to start their Careers and the Companies can get the best talent without high recruitment costs.

Profile of the students
  • Graduation year: 2016 or 2017
  • Branches: All branches of Engineering and MBA
  • Colleges: More than 50 College across Telangana & AP
  • Total companies participating: 30+
Process for selection
  • Students need to register on http://www.mypower.in/careerfair
  • They have to apply for different roles on offer and complete the screening rounds. Screening rounds vary from role to role.
  • The scores of the tests are shared with the companies.
  • Companies shortlist candidates based on the scores in the screening rounds
  • Resumes of Shortlisted students are then forwarded to the companies for interviews and other rounds on 25 and 26 March
Important Dates
Screening rounds last date: 23rd March, 2017
Interviews: 25th and 26th March, 2017

  • No need to travel or spend a lot of money. Screening rounds will give every student a chance to showcase his/ her skills.
