Dear Sir,This is with reference to our discussion related to placement opportunity for 2016 & 2017 batch students for the role of Phone Banking Officer at ICICI Bank. This position is based out of Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
 

Please find below detailed job description for the mentioned role:

Job Description:

·         Responsible for servicing customers over phone on various products and services offered by ICICI Bank

·         Maintaining good service levels and cross sell bank products via call

·         Handling 80-100 calls on a daily basis

·         Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor

Additionally,we provide shuttle facilities for phone banking officers employed during the day and cab services for those working in night shifts.

Job Specification (Prerequisite)

·         Graduation in any stream preferably with 0 to 4 years of experience. 

·         Age: Less than 28 Years

·         Proficient in Spoken English and Hindi

·         Open to work in rotational shifts
