UPDATES ON STUDENT REGISTRATIONS

Dear Students,

    Greetings!!!

Please note the following update(s) on student registrations:

Based on the inputs and requests from most of the colleges during TPO - HR meet , the last date for students registrations is extended until 5.30 pm on 31st JULY 2016 without Late fee and 15th AUGUST 2016 with late fee of Rs 100/- . 
The change of student registration date is already updated in the portal. The bandwidth of TASK portal has been increased from 2 Mbps to 10 Mbps and we have seen significant change in the speed for the past 2 days. 
Few Guidelines to follow:
a) TASK would enable registration of all students and notify login credentials to each student , the student is expected to use the same , log in to our portal and upload his / her photograph which enables him /her to download "Student Identity Card" . No student will be allowed to register for any programs being delivered by TASK without "Student Identity Card" . This is mandatory. 
b) TASK portal will be opened from 01st - 15th August and facilitate”edit option “for all students registered during academic year 2013 , 2014 and 2015 . All students who would like to make any changes to their contact details / address / update marks can do so . The portal will also accept students to upload their photographs as well and enable them to download their Student ID cards . No further extension is possible for students to edit their profiles . 

Last year Registered students:
c) All students who have registered last year in the free registrations category or registered in any other category but unable to see their details on the portal for various reasons , request the colleges / TPO's to prepare a list and submit through Kumar, we will evaluate such cases and provide every possible help / solution . 
d) All 2016 passed out students who wish to apply for jobs through our portal but have not registered earlier can meet their TPO and submit a request , the criteria for the same would be  
a) 65% aggregate throughout academics
b) No back logs 
c) No job offer in hand 
We will consider all such request(s) post closing student registrations, the TPO's can submit consolidated request per college along with payment and xl sheet as enclosed , we will help these deserving students to register and enable them to apply for job through TASK portal.However the training programs by TASK will not be applicable to them.
